This product effectively removes organic/inorganic fine particles remaining before the film forming process and oil contamination generated during the process, thereby improving process efficiency and product yield. Also, since this product is a low foaming type, it is suitable for both ultrasonic immersion, spray and brush cleaning processes.

· Cell process
This product enables uniform culture film application due to the effect of lowering the surface tension due to the removal of foreign substances on the glass surface after ITO coating, and effectively removes fine liquid crystals and oily contamination remaining around after panel lamination.

· Module process
This process improves product yield by removing fine particles before surface mounting of laminated panels. Also, since the product is neutral, this process can remove contaminants without affecting the electrode and material.
